What is Your Return or Exchange Policy?
You have 10 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange if:
- The item is damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging with all labels and protective stickers intact.
- The item received does not match the ordered size.
Please note that products purchased from our website must be returned to our Customer Services department to qualify for a full refund. This policy is applicable only to orders delivered within Pakistan; returns and/or exchanges for international orders are not permitted.
How Do I Request a Return?
To initiate a return, email us at orderonline4097@gmail.com or call us at +92 (343) 0684097 with your return reason and order details. Once our customer support team approves the return, you will be instructed to send the parcel.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning items. In some cases, our customer support team may direct you to the nearest TGM outlet for an exchange.
When Will My Return Be Processed?
We strive to process all returns within 5-7 working days of receipt. During peak periods, please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed.
What is Your Size Exchange Policy?
If you are dissatisfied with the size of your purchase and wish to exchange it for a different size, please contact us via email at orderonline4097@gmail.com within 10 days of the delivery date. The item must be unused, in its original packaging with all labels and protective stickers intact. In some cases, our customer support team may direct you to the nearest TGM outlet for the exchange. This policy is applicable only to orders delivered within Pakistan. For international orders, please contact our customer support team, and we will do our best to assist you.
Do You Offer Refunds?
Yes, we offer refunds. However, if we cannot provide an exchange or alternative solution, a refund may be issued. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refund processing typically takes 7-10 working days, depending on the payment method used.
Additional Return Policies:
Customized & Made-to-Order Items: Customized items, including alterations and made-to-measure products, cannot be refunded or exchanged. However, if there is an error in measurements, please provide pictorial evidence, and we will attempt to correct the issue.
Sale & Discounted Items: Exchanges and refunds for sale or discounted items are only possible if the item received does not match what was ordered.
